Debit / ATM Cards

Need cash? Use your First National Bank VISA debit card/Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) card. Debit cards make transactions as convenient as a stop at one of our seven ATM locations: the First National Bank branches including Camdenton Main Bank, Camdenton 54 Branch, Sunrise Beach Branch, Osage Beach Branch and Lake Ozark Branch, as well as Conoco on Highway 5 North in Camdenton, and at Tan-Tar-A Resort off State Road KK in Osage Beach. The Camdenton Main Bank location has two ATMs: a drive up ATM and another ATM in the vestibule entrance to the main lobby. The ATM in the vestibule at Camdenton is the only ATM that accepts deposits.

Use your debit card to withdraw cash, make deposits, transfer funds between checking and savings accounts and make balance inquiries. Your debit card may be used to make purchases at any merchant displaying the VISA logo.

Just present your card to the cashier, sign the receipt or enter your PIN number. The amount is deducted right from your checking account. You can also use your VISA debit card for any phone order; simply give them your card number and expiration date. (We suggest that you do not use your VISA debit card for purchases over the Internet. Studies show that almost 50 percent of all card fraud occurs on the Internet.) When you shop with the debit card, follow the same steps as a credit card. Instead of paying interest charges, your purchases are deducted right out of your bank account. All of the transactions will appear on your monthly bank statement with a reference to the merchant’s name and date.

Protect Yourself Against ATM/Debit Card Fraud:

  • Sign your card as soon as it arrives.
  • Do not leave your wallet or purse unattended in a public place.
  • Do not give your PIN number to anyone. When entering your PIN number at a terminal, guard the number from anyone else's sight.
  • Save all receipts and promptly compare them to your bank statement. To properly dispose of your verified receipts, you should shred them .

What are the daily limits on Debit Cards?

  • To use your debit card point of sale transactions, you must maintain a minimum balance of $50.
